Position Overview: As a Freelance Motion Designer/Video Editor, you will play a key role in crafting visually stunning and compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute projects across a range of mediums, including but not limited to social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Your expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop innovative visual concepts that align with project objectives and client requirements.
Translate concepts and ideas into visually captivating motion graphics, animations, and video edits that engage and inspire our audience.
Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create polished and professional video content.
Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, messaging, and desired outcomes, ensuring that project deliverables exceed expectations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance the overall quality and impact of our projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the evolution of our creative process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and expertise.
Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an agency or creative environment.
Knowledge of 3D animation and compositing software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
